What if I forget to put my bin out for curbside cleaning?
Not a problem! Get in touch with our sales team and we will send our cleaning crew to your address as soon as possible. All we ask is you do not put any garbage into the bin before we get there.
Can I put my services on hold?
Of course you can put your service on hold. All we ask is that you get in touch with our sales team and give us a 3 days notice.
Can I terminate service at any time?
Yes you may! Get in touch with our sales team and let us know if you wish to terminate our services. No explanation necessary! We do ask that you give us 30 days notice to terminate our services.
Are you a franchise?
No, we are a local, family owned and operated business servicing Calgary and surrounding areas only!
Does someone need to be home when you are cleaning my bins?
No, you don't have to do anything. All you need to do is put your bins out in front of your house or make sure they are clearly marked in the back and we will take care of the rest!.
How is your service better?
Here at Epic Bin Cleaning we use a mobile cleaning system. It’s state of the art and completely self-contained which helps the environment. We wash your bins with HOT water, which is more effective than cold water. All of our products are biodegradable. We also disinfect the inside of your bins and the parts of the bin you regularly touch, like the handle and the lid, so you can feel safe taking out the trash.
How much does it cost?
We offer different pricing depending on how often you schedule a cleaning. The more often the bins are cleaned the less expensive our service will be.
What if there is still garbage left in my bin?
Do not worry. If the City has not picked up your waste, we will reschedule your bin cleaning. If there is a small amount of trash left, our friendly staff will take care of it for you. If you have filled your bin, we will reschedule the service without additional charge.

What happens if I move?
If you move to a new address, we'll be happy to continue your service if you remain within the boundaries of our service area. Moving outside our boundaries will result in our providing a final cleaning and terminating your account.
Do you do other jobs like cleaning driveways?

What if I have a bin that requires different scheduling than the rest of my bins?
No problem! CONTACT our sales team they will be happy to assist you with any request you might have.
Can you clean large quantities of bins?
Yes, we can work with you to clean large quantities of bins in a matter of hours. Our packages can be tailored to your needs.
How do I pay for my bins being cleaned?
We accept cash, cheque, debit, or credit card (we accept VISA, Mastercard). We also accept e-transfer or direct deposit.
Do you clean commercial bins in the evenings or on the weekends?

Will you be using harmful chemicals?
At Epic Bin Cleaning we do not employ the use of harmful chemicals. This includes no hazardous or environmentally destructive chemicals, and all of our materials are completely biodegradable.
How long does it take?
It takes approximately ten minutes to clean one bin. Three bins will take approximately half an hour.
How often should I get my bins cleaned?
Epic Bin Cleaning recommends cleaning your wheelie bins every two weeks or once a month. However, the more often you clean them, the more hygienic the bins will be.
Why do I need Epic Bin Cleaning when I can do it myself?
Professional cleaners are equipped with the know-how and equipment to effectively handle your dirty waste and recycling bins. It’s important to use the right PPE in order to protect the health of anyone cleaning these bins. Epic Bin Cleaning recommends using high-pressure hot water, specialized cleaning heads, and bacteria killing eco friendly agents. We also use much less water and do not put contaminated water in the storm drain. We always clean up after ourselves. We use environmentally friendly cleaning products. We’ll show up rain or shine and can help you with a difficult job that nobody else wants to do.

Having your bins cleaned regularly is important to keep the area clean, reduce bacteria, keep nasty smells away, and keep small animals and bugs away.
